Memphis men’s basketball adds Central Arkansas on Dec. 4 – Memphis Official Athletic Site

MEMPHIS — Memphis men’s basketball will play host to Central Arkansas next Friday, Dec. 4 at 7 p.m. in FedExForum, head coach Penny Hardaway announced Friday.

The game will be included in the Tigers’ 12-game season ticket package for free and will be televised by ESPN+.

Memphis Athletics will send out season tickets digitally on Monday.

UCA of the Southland Conference has had its first four games of the season canceled. The Bears had three games canceled in the Justin Reed Ole Miss Classic on Nov. 25-27 due to positive COVID-19 tests and contact tracing within the Ole Miss men’s basketball program. Their game at Missouri State on Tuesday has also been canceled by Missouri State.

The Tigers play VCU in the Bad Boy Mowers Classic third-place game at 8 p.m. CT Friday in Sioux Falls, S.D., on ESPN2 and return for their home opener vs. Arkansas State on Wednesday at 7 p.m. in FedExForum.
