Colorado men’s basketball schedule continues to change, will now play Tennessee on Dec. 8 – The Denver Post

The Colorado Buffaloes men’s basketball team has dealt with a number of schedule changes in its young 2020-21 season. Most recently the Buffs cancelled their Dec. 5 game with Washington State due to COVID-19 protocols in the Cougars’ program.

On Saturday, the 2-0 Buffs added a nonconference game to their schedule and will play at Tennessee on Tuesday at 4 p.m.

The schedule change for Colorado also resulted in canceling its game with Colorado Mines, an exhibition game scheduled for Tuesday.

The Buffs playing host to Mines was added to take the slot of what would have been a Rocky Mountain Showdown against the Colorado State Rams. The CU-CSU game was called off due to COVID-19 concerns in the Rams’ program.
